Materials
- 1 Shovel
- 2 HDPE plastic bottles
- 1 Desiccant
- 1 Recode paper
- 1 Plastic zipper bag
- 1 Insulated bag

Sample sites have 3 different types

In one sampling site, choose 5 places as the average
Remove the topsoil, take the soil at a distance of 5-7 cm from the soil surface, and put it into a plastic zipper bag
Mix the soil evenly, and then add soil into 2 separate HDPE plastic bottles
Note
1 bottle with desiccant called “RT” (meaning room temperature); 1 bottle called “Cold”
Put the “Cold” one into the insulated bag; put the “RT” into a backpack
Take 2 pictures:
