Prepare αS PFF working solution.

  • Frozen stock is Amount5 undetermined , dilute to Amount0.25 undetermined in sterile PBS followed by sonication (1 Sec ON/ 1 Sec OFF) for Duration00:02:00 with 20% amplitude.
