Sample Collection Strategy
Sample Collection Strategy
The tissue is transported on ice to the lab for processing and storage.
Larger samples are sectioned into small segments and placed into 2 mL cryovial before dropping into liquid nitrogen.
Vials are immediately placed in -80° freezer
