Prepare BacTiter-Glo reagent mix by transferring BacTiter-Glo buffer into BacTiter-Glo substrate
Note
These reagents are part of a set - Promega's BacTiter-Glo Assay.
Aliquot 50 µL of cells into two wells of 96-well plate (duplicates)
Add 50 µL of BacTiter Glo reagent mix into each well
Include PBS-only wells as blank
Measure luminescence using microplate reader
