Abstract
Phagocytosis assay
Phagocytosis assay
Phagocytosis assay
Preopsonize 0.01% (v/v) fluorescent latex beads by incubating them with fresh fetal bovine serum (FBS) for 1 hour
Incubate microglia with preopsonized fluorescent latex beads for 90 minutes at 37°C
After incubation, wash the cells three times with PBS
Fix cells with 4% paraformaldehyde (PFA)
Perform immunostaining as described in "Immunofluorescence staining and image analysis"
