In a Clean Bench in room 332, put



In a sterile flask, add Amount150 mL 0.1% Hg2Cl sterilized 0.1% Hg2Cl solution and shake occasionally for Duration00:07:00 .

Remove the Hg2Cl by pouring it to a specific biohazard collection container.
Rinse the seeds 3 times with Amount150 mL ddH2O for Duration00:05:00 each with constant shaking.Collect the rinse water to water waste bottle.

Prepare ReagentAbound Flowable FungicideSyngenta by adding Amount0.6 mL fungicide in Amount100 mL ddH2O , add the diluted fungicide to the flask. Soak the seeds in the fungicide for Duration00:03:00 with frequent shaking.

Remove the fungicide by pouring it to a specific biohazard collection container.
Rinse the seeds 3 times with Amount150 mL ddH2O for Duration00:05:00 each with constant shaking.Collect the rinse water to water waste bottle.

Add ddH2O to the flask until the seeds are fully merged. Put it in dark growth chamber Temperature26 °C for Duration48:00:00 .

Pour out the ddH2O, and put the seeds in a germination box
