Abstract
This set of protocols accompanies the publication "Low cost, noninvasive RNA-sequencing to enable massive scaling of transcriptome studies" by Martorella et al.. Here you will find procedures for collecting noninvasive samples and performing bulk RNA extraction and library preparation using our low-cost method.
