Abstract
Multiplex cytokine array analysis
Multiplex cytokine array analysis
Multiplex cytokine array analysis
Prepare the LEGENDplex‱ bead-based immunoassay according to the manufacturer’s protocol (BioLegend GmbH, Germany)
Measure cytokine levels in cell supernatants using the Human Essential Immune Response Panel (BioLegend GmbH, 740930)
Include the following cytokines in the analysis: IL-1β, IL-4, IL-6, TNF-α, and IL-8
Use a Sony ID7000‱ spectral cell analyzer (Sony Biotechnology, USA) to analyze the samples
Record data for more than 300 beads per sample for each target cytokine.
Analyze the data using LEGENDplex‱ BioLegend software
