Materials
1. 9~10 Glass tubes (20*3.5cm)with plug for only one side (opening of the other side )


2. a bundle of tin foil
3. big plastic box for mixing the ingredients
Start making the medium!
Start making the medium!

First, Add the dry ingredients

Wesson's salt1.33g
Yeast6.65g
Casein6.65g
Starch6.65g
Surcose13.3g
Agar26.6g
Liquidambar Sawdust130g



Note
*The Sawdust need to be ground before using


Second, add the wet ingredients

wheat germ oil2.5ml
95% ethanol5ml
water500ml(still need to be test)
a little bit too wet for adding 565ml of water

MIx all of the ingredients in the box and fill into the tube for 3/4 full (about 75ml)

Use the stick to compress the ingredients inside the tube.
Cut the tin foil into small pieces and fold it twice to cover the open side of the tube.
Autoclave the filled tube at 120°C for 20 min.
