Abstract
Mitophagy induction in HeLa cells using Oligomycin/Antimycin A.

Seed cells, aiming for a confluency of 80-90% at the time of treatment the next day.
Day 2

Feed cells for Duration01:00:00 in an appropriate volume of standard growth media.

To start the treatment, replace the media in each well with standard growth media that contains Concentration10 micromolar (µM) Oligomycin, Concentration4 micromolar (µM) Antimycin A, and Concentration10 micromolar (µM) QVD.

Harvest the samples after the desired treatment times.
