Ethanols and Xylenes are at room temperature and paraffin is at 58-60°C

Note
Paraffin is Fisherbrand Histoplast PE  Cat.#: 22900700
Cassettes are submersed in 50% EtOH at the end of the day.
Processor programmed to start overnight and finish the following morning.
Tissue blocks are transferred to a vacuum paraffin bath.
Tissue blocks are then embedded and placed in 4°C wrapped in foil.
