  • 1.5 mL tube
  • Deionized water
  • Vortexer
  • -20°C freezer

Weigh Amount50 mg (Amount0.05 g ) of Kanamycin.


Add the Kanamycin to a 1.5 mL tube.

Add deionized water to the 1 mL level on the tube.
Vortex the tube for Duration00:00:05 , repeat 3 times.

Store the tube in the -20°C freezer.
