Abstract
Diversity attention is one of the most relevant topics in the scientific literature on education. Therefore, it is essential to understand the concept of diversity and how it is addressed from the perspective of the management team. Below is an interview guide designed for conducting semi-structured interviews on diversity attention. This guide includes general categories along with specific questions, allowing for flexibility during the dialogue.
This guide was used in the funded research projects "Diagnosis of Educational Performance in Primary Education: A First Step Towards School Effectiveness" (US-1263333) and "Analysis of Andalusian Schools with Very High and Very Low Effectiveness: Guidelines for School Improvement" (EDU2017-84649-P), led by principal investigators Juan-Jesús Torres-Gordillo and Javier Rodríguez-Santero.
