1 M HEPES buffer
1 M HEPES buffer
Add Amount40 mL distilled water to a Amount50 mL tube
Measure and add Amount11.915 g HEPES Materials: ReagentHEPESSigma AldrichCatalog #H4034
Adjust pH to Ph7.4 with concentrated sodium hydroxide or hydrogen chloride
Add distilled water to Amount50 mL
Filter sterilize with a 0.2 µm pore-size filter
