Abstract
This document provides an overview of the in-solution hybridization capture deck layout for Hamilton workstations. It is intended to help users in setting up or modifying their existing ML STAR systems. Users are advised to consult Hamilton Company to acquire the necessary carriers, modules, inserts, and accessories required for proper system configuration.

When setting up a Hamilton workstation, please consult Hamilton Company to obtain the required carriers, modules, inserts, and other accessories. The following documentation provides an overview of the in-solution hybridization capture deck layout, designed to assist you in setting up or modifying your existing ML STAR system.


Hamilton work station - NGS STAR MOA (custom-specific configuration: ML STAR with 8 independent channels, MPH96, 5 HHS, 3 CPAC). Please pay attention to build in adapters on Hamilton Heater Shakers (HHS). Required add-ons are: iSWAP Plate Handler (for full-deck plate transport), MPH Extension Left Standard (for usage of MPH96) and the ODTC (for on-deck thermal cycling of 96 well plates).

add-on option: trough lid for 60mL reservoirs, supplier: Hamilton company (Hamilton APE solution).

add-on option: Cytomat integration with transfer station (Hamilton APE solution) to compensate for higher tip consumption without need for user refill of system.
