Abstract
Post Mortem Human Central Nervous System tissue is sectioned at 50 µm thickness from the same tissue block and plane from previous Visium ST experiments. This method is used to capture the same balance of cell types and cortical layers across both techniques for each subject. Nuclei is isolated from frozen post-mortem CNS samples. RNA/ATAC sequencing is performed according to the 10X Genomics’ Chromium Next GEM Single Cell Multiome ATAC + Gene Expression User Guide (CG000338 Rev F).
