Preparing the Stock Solution
Weigh Amount25 mg (Amount0.025 g ) of Chloramphenicol.

Add the chloramphenicol to a 1.5 mL tube.
Add 100% ethanol to the 1mL level on the tube.
Vortex the tube for 5 seconds, repeat 3 times.
Store the tube in the -20°C freezer.
